Instructions for Installing the theme:

Just download and unzip the theme in wp-content/themes/ directory of your wordpress root.

Now activate the theme in the ‘Appearance’ Tab of your wordpress dashboard.

Configuring Options Page:

Once the theme is activated, You can access the options page in the ‘Appearance’ Tab.

The options page have following features

Featured Post Category: Select the category for the featured posts. The latest two posts from the category selected here will be featured on homepage in boxes.

Four Ads Slot: Just paste the ads code here for four 125 x 125 ads in sidebar.

Head Section Code: Any code/script pasted in this box will go in section of your blog. This feature can be used to insert the codes like verification for Google Webmaster Tools

Footer Section code: Any code/script pasted here will go in footer of your blog. This feature can be used for addling analytics code for services like Google Analytics or Statcounter.

Custom Footer: Anything pasted in this box will go in the footer and will be visible in your blog footer.

Dont forget to click ‘Save Changes’ button to implement the changes you have made in options page.

Adding Thumbnails to Featured Posts.

You will need to insert a 150×150 px thumbnail for featured category posts.

While writing a featured category post, add anew custom field with name ‘thumb’ and value as URL to your thumbnail image.

Note: If you don’t provide a thumbnail to featured posts, a default thumbnail will be used.
